Dimitri Smirnov, Esq.
Lead Attorney
Mr. Dimitri Smirnov, Esq. founded the Law Offices of Dimitri Smirnov, P.C. in 2012.
Mr. Smirnov received his bachelor's degree from Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA. Soon after graduation, he worked for a large financial institution for several years before deciding to pursue a law degree. Throughout law school, he worked as the lead of collections at a suburban Philadelphia community bank. Shortly after obtaining his law degree from Widener University, Mr. Smirnov opened his own law practice: the Law Offices of Dimitri Smirnov, P.C.
Mr. Smirnov is an enthusiastic, hard-working attorney who is a dedicated advocate for every client that steps through his doors. He argues for each client to give them the opportunity to receive most optimistic outcome that they deserve. Mr. Smirnov's business and customer service experience allow him to elevate his law practice so the needs of his clientele come first. Dimitri Smirnov personally meets and greets every client and oversees all aspects of their representation in all facets of the legal system.
In his spare time, Mr. Smirnov loves spending quality time with his wife and their two boys. He is a huge sports fan and enjoys watching the Eagles and the Flyers, among other Philadelphia sports teams, in his freetime.
Lindsay Pikovsky, Esq
Associate Attorney
Mrs. Lindsay Pikovsky, Esq. is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Widner University School of Law.
Early in her career, she clerked for the Northampton Court of Common Pleas. After her clerkship, Mrs. Pikovsky worked as an Associate Attorney for the first time. Finally, in 2019 Mrs. Pikovsky found her way to the Law Offices of Dimitri Smirnov, P.C. and became an Associate Attorney.
Mrs. Pikovsky is a hardworking attorney. She is dedicated to her legal research and being an advocate for our clients.
In her spare time, Mrs. Pikovsky enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children and dog.
Iryna Zaichuk
Paralegal
Mrs. Iryna Zaichuk attended Philadelphia Community College and received an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies. She also earned a Bachelors and Masters degree in Ukraine.
Mrs. Zaichuk has been working as a paralegal for the Law Offices of Dimitri Smirnov, P.C. for 8 years.
In her spare, time she enjoys reading books and going to the park with her husband and two children.
Alessandra Roton
Paralegal
Ms. Alessandra Roton attended Bucks County Community College and received an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies.
Ms. Roton started her paralegal career in 2021, here at the Law Offices of Dimitri Smirnov, P.C.
In her spare time, Ms. Roton enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and long time boyfriend.
